Spice Chefs was born with the idea of bringing to the Northern Rivers crowd a flavoursome experience. Our specialty circles around Middle-eastern and Mediterranean cuisine with a Italian twist using locally sourced fresh ingredients, spices and full flavours hardly found in the region; hence the name “Spice Chefs”.
The Chefs Roy Chason and Everton Martins both with more than 10 years of experience in the food industry bring their expertise not only from their family background but also from an extensive knowledge acquired at Le Cordon Blue and working together in awarded venues in Sydney.
